Ninja Nan is manning the security tower at Richard's top secret testing facility. But she needs her afternoon tea and biscuits, and the Lab Rats need to conduct an experiment looking at the distribution of weight and lift for Richard. So they send up her tea and biscuits on a table attached to a bunch of balloons. Will her refreshments reach her, or will Ninja Nan be angry, very angry?
