With reports from Stephen Nolan in New York as he speaks to speaks to firefighters, police, and emergency services about their memories of 9/11, as the tenth anniversary of the attacks approaches.
His guests include Joseph Boyle, who survived being in the 26th floor of the first World Trade Center tower to be hit.
Stephen also looks into the long-term health effects on first responders who treated the injured on September 11, such as post-traumatic stress disorder, cancers and breathing difficulties.
Plus Nicky Campbell and Ranvir Singh in London have the rest of the day's news and sport.
