Lauren welcomes film director Kevin McDonald to talk about his new movie Life In A Day. The man behind the Oscar winning documentary One Day In September and hit films Touching The Void, The Last King Of Scotland and State Of Play has teamed up with producer Ridley Scott with his new movie Life In A Day. Following a call put out via Youtube, 80,000 people from across the world filmed their lives on July 24th 2010 and 331 of these clips made it to the final edit, which was put together by Kevin, Ridley and their team. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival to great acclaim earlier this year and opens at UK cinemas on June 17th.
