Zoe Ball sits in for Dermot O'Leary, with a Saturday Session from Cage the Elephant and unsigned London quartet Paul Cook and The Chronicles.

Cage the Elephant are a rock quintet from Kentucky, featuring singer Matt Shultz, guitarist Brad Shultz, bassist Daniel Tichenor, guitarist Lincoln Parish, and drummer Jared Champion. They released their self-titled debut on a UK label back in 2009, when they took up residence in East London, and enjoyed a hit with Ain't No Rest for the Wicked.

The band released their second studio album, Thank You Happy Birthday, last month. Described as "a ferocious kick of gut-grabbing rock & roll", it peaked at number two in the US Billboard 200.
