John Inverdale introduces coverage from Twickenham as England begin the second round of matches with a home game against Italy. The hosts have won all 11 previous Six Nations encounters between the two nations but Martin Johnson's side faced a stern test in 2010 before finally overcoming the Azzurri 17-12 at the Stadio Flaminio.
