Channel-hopping busker Kate Stables, aka This Is The Kit, comes to Marc's studio on the back of her recently released second album, Wriggle Out The Restless.
Channel hopping busker Kate Stables aka, This Is The Kit, comes to Marc's studio on the back of the recently released second album, Wriggle Out The Restless.
She's made noises in the right places after starting off as a special selection on Rob Da Bank's 2006 compilation album that saw John Parish pick up the producers mantle for her debut long player and supported acts, The National, Jeffrey Lewis, and Jose Gonzales.
Supported by long term collaborator Jesse Vernon they have played tiny village halls to the Acoustic stage at Glastonbury Festival.
Her second album welcomes musical friends, Rozi Plain and Portishead bass player Jim Barr, develop a slowed down formation, producer by long time collaborator and live band member Jeese Vernon.
