The renaissance of sherry drinking Often dismissed as a tipple enjoyed by grandmothers at Christmas, sherry has shaken off its 1970s image, and is currently enjoying a revival among young drinkers. We talk to wine expert Sarah Abbott and Alvaro Marcos Garcia, the Head Sommelier and wine buyer for ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ House Private Club in London.
