Has the world forgotten about Pakistan's flood victims? And why? Plus Nihal talks to lawyer Asma Jahangir about her new role and later he chats to author Raghav Bahl.

At One o'clock, Nihal chairs the debate of the day. We're asking, Why has the world forgotten about Pakistan's flood victims?

The UN says they've only received 45% of the two billion pounds pledged by the international community in the aftermath of the floods. Since the floods in the summer, millions are still without food and shelter and international charities are still crying out for money. Why isn't Pakistan receiving support from the international community? Why has the world forgotten about Pakistan?

After 2, we have two guests who will be joining Nihal in studio. Firstly, we'll be speaking to Asma Jahangir who was recently elected as the first female president of the Supreme Court Bar Association and later author and journalist Raghav Bahl will be talking about his new book ''Super Power? The Amazing Race Between China's Hare and India's Tortoise?''.
