Hazel Irvine introduces more action from the rugby sevens and diving competitions.
In the rugby sevens, highlights of the early morning quarter-finals are followed by live coverage of the semi-finals. New Zealand are chasing a fourth consecutive Commonwealth title but England and Sevens World Series champions Samoa are among those hoping to make a big impression.
There are highlights of the men's 10m synchro final, one of the most spectacular of the diving events. The 10m synchro requires perfect timing and agility to create what is often breathtaking symmetry. England's hopes rest with teenagers Tom Daley and Max Brick, the pair will be looking for better luck than they had at the European Championships in Budapest, when Daley was forced to withdraw with a tricep injury.
There is also action from the first men's hockey semi-final and the first netball semi-final.
