Tea Party
成人快手 bakers battle to be crowned best amateur baker. In the grand final, three hopefuls use their baking skills to make cakes, bread and pastry for an afternoon tea party.
It's the Grand Final and the three surviving contestants face their biggest challenge yet - baking for the Bake Off's afternoon tea party.
The Bake Off tent is pitched in the grounds of its final destination, Fulham Palace in London, once the scene of genteel 19th-century garden parties hosted by the wives of the bishops of London. The pressure on the bakers is even greater, as they must bake not only for judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, but also friends, family and former Bake Off contestants. None of them have baked on this scale before.
In order to be crowned the victor they need to bring together their skills making cakes, bread and pastry. Among their offerings are miniature ginger, mint and blackberry cakes, quiches with red pepper chutney, raspberry ripple choux buns and lemon scones with passion fruit curd.
Mel and Sue can only present the Bake Off trophy to one. Who will it be?
