As well as supporting the cream of young classical artists, the New Generation Artists scheme champions rising stars of jazz. Trumpeter Tom Arthurs performs his own composition Postcards from Pushkin, a suite commissioned jointly by the 成人快手 and the Royal Philhamornic Society which celebrates the writings of Aleksandr Pushkin with musical musings inspired by seven short extracts from his works.
