The chefs from Northern Ireland pull out all the stops with their fish dishes. Only two can make it through to cook for the Great British Menu judges.
The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a glorious banquet, to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the stakes are high, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales.
The chefs from Northern Ireland - Derek Creagh, Brian McCann and Niall McKenna - pull out all the stops with their fish dishes: black sole fillet with crab; seared hand dived scallops and shellfish with seaweed butter. The pressure is on, as only two chefs can make it through to cook for the Great British Menu judges and one will be going home early.
