Richard travels to Scranton, Pennsylvania, US Vice President Joe Biden's home turf, to find out what America thinks of President Obama on the anniversary of his inauguration.
A year on from President Obama's inauguration, Richard is in Scranton, Pennsylvania to speak to old mates of local lad Vice President Joe Biden and to get political analysis of the Democrats losing Massachusetts.
Including people involved with the American version of The Office, which is set in Scranton, funny citizens in a bowling alley and an ear-piercingly enthusiastic Glee club.
