A celebration of some of the fantastic young musicians who have appeared on Songs of Praise during the last year, including the choristers of St George's Chapel in Windsor and a teenage composer of sacred music.

Plus, there are some fantastic hymns from the finalists of the school choirs competition and a special performance from singer Rhydian.
