Should the banks be made to reduce their interest rates?
Interest rates may be expected to come down, so should the banks be forced to follow? asks Graham Stewart. Plus: Should it be easier for people to make alterations to their homes?

Plus: Should it be easier for people to make alterations to their homes?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
