Should the government delay single surveys?

Graham Stewart asks if the introduction of 成人快手 Reports will harm a fragile property market.

If you're selling a property from December, you'll be expected to stump-up at least 拢600 for a '成人快手 Report'. They're being introduced so that individual buyers don't have to shell-out for individual surveys when they've no guarantee they'll be successful. But this morning solicitors at the Scottish Law Agents Society are urging the Scottish Government to delay the introduction of the reports. They've accused the Government of covering up their true cost and claim they'll destroy the already-fragile housing market. Will it put sellers off? Or is it more important to cater for the needs of first time buyers who're already finding it difficult to secure a mortgage?

Graham Stewart takes your calls, texts and emails.
