Rachel Campbell-Johnston and guests discuss Errol Morris's new documentary Standard Operating Procedure, which explores human rights violations at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq.

Morris has been described as the Fellini or Hitchcock of documentary making and is responsible for films such as The Thin Blue Line, which claimed to solve a murder, as well as the Academy Award-winning The Fog of War, an essay on war, rationality and human nature.
