Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. The Oddsburg villagers are restless. Strange noises, falling trees, huge footprints and fearsome shadows can mean only one thing - monsters. Nine has the idea of building a wall around the village, but Lottie points out that it may stop them visiting each other, and they set out to stop the building works.
