Marcus Wareing is defending his title against Mark Broadbent. They have cooked a different course each day for four days, and now they will cook their entire menus and present them to an exacting panel of food experts - Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton - who will decide which chef will go on to represent the North in the national final.
