Fraser, Ray and a television camera crew witness a man saving a young boy's life, but the rescuer proves to be a strangely reluctant hero. He is a federal witness to an armed robbery and now that his cover has been blown his life is at risk. It is up to Fraser and Ray to protect him, but just who can they trust?
