A mixture of puppetry, live action and animation for preschool children with Tilly, Tom and Tiny. Tilly wears her super tickly outfit and gives Tom and Tiny a good tickling, which makes them a bit cross. Tom and Tiny hold a tickling meeting and decide there's to be no tickling unless they say so.
