Children's animation about a dinosaur who joins a circus and travels the world. Tom and the Hamilton Circus are in the Caribbean, where they meet a wheeler-dealer who tries unsuccessfully to sell them a treasure map. When Tom falls asleep in the sun, he gets a touch of sunstroke and upon waking, imagines he is a pirate - which turns out to his advantage when Carter and company arrive on the scene, up to their usual tricks.
