Jerusalem, 1945. When eccentric German poet Else Lasker-Sch眉ler is evicted by her landlady, she is forced to wander the city's troubled streets. In a series of strange encounters, she meets the angel Gabriel and the ghost of a chimpanzee murdered in a Nazi concentration camp. Tragi-comic drama by Marty Ross.
