Voga — Madonna’s best dance move meets her favourite exercise

Lisa Shaw is a Voga instructor. She explained to Mornings with Kaye Adams how this new exercise technique aims at bringing the iconic dance moves of Voguing into the yoga flow.
“You are able to get rhythm with your movements, so you have time to think about your breathing and can be more expressive in your movement.”
