6 Music Festival returns to Greater Manchester this year, but if you're not in the area, you can still enjoy the festival from the comfort of your home!
This year's event will see global premieres of brand new live shows, new music debuts, and unique collaborations, with names including The Smile, Gossip and Young Fathers - so you won't want to miss a moment. Read more about the line up here.

Listen live on 6 Music
If you want to enjoy 6 Music Festival with some of your favourite 6 Music DJs and presenters, then you can follow it step by step if you listen to 6 Music live over the course of the weekend, on your radio or live on 成人快手 Sounds.
Our presenters will be on the ground at the festival bringing you all the atmosphere and excitement, so make sure you join them live on the radio!
Here's when the live performances will be kicking off:
- Thursday 7 March - from 7pm with Sherelle, Hak Baker and Young Fathers
- Friday 8 March - from 7pm with AFRODEUTSCHE, CMAT and Gossip
- Saturday 9 March - from 7pm with Mary Anne Hobbs & Anna Phoebe, Jordan Rakei and The Smile

The 6 Music Channel
From Monday 4 March, the 6 Music Channel will be live 24/7 in iPlayer, showcasing performances from the last 10 years of the festival, including Little Simz, James Blake, Depeche Mode, Wet Leg, Orbital and more.
Then on Saturday 9 March from 1pm, along with highlights from amazing artists from the festival’s history, the Channel will join this year’s festival with excerpts from this year’s performances from CMAT, Young Fathers and more, as well as playing out sets from Jordan Rakei and The Smile live from Victoria Warehouse.
