Event Facilities
Water Points
Free drinking water will be available at the dedicated water points which are located close each of the toilet blocks.
Cash Points
Cash machines will be available on the site. Machines accept all major credit/debit cards and will charge £2.50 per withdrawal.
Chairs and seating
You may bring a chair, however we ask you to use them with consideration. For safety reasons, and to ensure the comfort of those attending the event, the management reserves the right to reduce the overall footprint of your chosen picnic or seating area.
Merchandise
Event programmes and merchandise will be available to purchase on site from the merchandise stall. You can also buy merchandise in advance when you purchase your ticket.

Weather
It is advisable to keep an eye on the weather forecast in the days running up to the event. It can still be very hot during the day in September, so sunscreen is a good idea. It also gets quite chilly later on in the evening, so come prepared with some warm clothing as well.
Baby Changing
Parent and baby changing facilities are available within the event area and will be situated in the onsite welfare tent and toilet units around site.
Child Wristband
Please note that Under 16 wristbands will be available to collect from the Information, Lost Property, Welfare tent which is located close to the arena entrance.. These wristbands are designed to be worn by any young person under 16 who is attending the event. There is space on the wristband to write the contact phone number of the responsible adult attending with them. The number will be called in the event that they become separated and make themselves known to an event steward. Please do not write the child’s or your names on the wristband.
Lost Property
If you have lost any of your possessions at Proms in the Park / Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, please email LostProperty成人快手HydePark@festivalrepublic.com Please make the subject of your email whatever the item is (i.e. “ Lost camera”, “lost mobile phone”, “lost wallet”) and include which day you lost the item – Saturday or Sunday. If you lost a bag containing several items please tell us this.
