Former regional rivals Matt Holland and Dion Dublin are teaming up for the return of ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ One's popular Football League magazine show Late Kick Off in the New Year.
Ex-Ipswich skipper Holland will be joined in the studio each week by former Norwich City and Cambridge United star Dublin, with the new series beginning on Monday 17 January at the new time of 11.10pm.
More than just a highlights programme, Late Kick Off is the only Football League show that gets to grips with what the fans are talking about and what matters to them most. It will follow all the ups and downs – on and off the pitch – as the Football League season draws to a dramatic climax.
Holland and Dublin are firm favorites with football fans, having moved into TV and radio after successful top-flight careers. Both are former internationals, Holland appearing in the World Cup with the Republic of Ireland and Dublin capped for England.
The pair will bring a vast wealth of expertise to the programme along with regular studio guests as the programme offers lively debate and insight into the week's hottest topics.
There will also be regular features each week from the eight clubs in the East region; Colchester United, Ipswich Town, Milton Keynes Dons, Peterborough United, Northampton Town, Norwich City, Southend United and Stevenage FC.
Fans won't have to miss a thing as the programmes will also be on .
Matt says: "It's great to be back and the second series looks set to be stronger than ever. With all the latest goal action and high quality sports journalism, fans will get to see what is really going on behind the scenes at their local club."
Late Kick Off complements the success of the network highlights programme The Football League Show along with live coverage of 10 League matches during the season and the League Cup semi-finals and final.
Along with action from the Premier League on Match Of The Day and ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 5 Live, the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ provides sports fans with access to all the goals and all the action, the length and breadth of the country.
