Keith Lemon & Paddy McGuinness and Jo Brand shimmy their way through to the final in week two of Let's Dance For Comic Relief!

Keith Lemon & Paddy McGuinness and Jo Brand have danced their way into the final of Let's Dance For Comic Relief, following their spectacular performances in the second show of the series.

Presenters Claudia Winkleman and Steve Jones announced that the viewers had chosen Keith Lemon & Paddy McGuinness as their favourite, the third act to win a place in the final on Saturday 14 March after performing an unforgettable tribute to Dirty Dancing's (I've Had) The Time Of My Life.

Paddy McGuinness & Keith Lemon said: "Watch it Webb!...You want a piece of us Webb, you've got it sunshine!" (Paddy) "Yes Webbo!" (Keith)

Runners-up Jo Brand and the Blue Peter presenters then faced the three panellists who decided which act would win the fourth place in the final after their performances of Britney Spears' Baby One More Time and Jailhouse Rock respectively.

Panellists Paul O'Grady and Jamelia both voted for Jo Brand who automatically won the fourth place in the final.

Paul O'Grady: "I've got to say, the Blue Peter presenters were fantastic, but I've got to give Jo 鈥 10 out of 10!"

Jamelia: "I honestly can't even look over there! I loved both acts and I thought it was great but I think, in the true spirit of Comic Relief, I think Jo, really!"

Head panellist Anton Du Beke said of Keith & Paddy earlier: "I have this sort of confusing feeling running through my body at the moment. Elated and excited and sort of weirded out at the same time. The lift, the lift! The lift is so famous it's even got its own name. It's called the Dirty Dancing lift. Very few people are actually able to pull it off if they're not trained dancers, it was brilliant, congratulations!"

The Blue Peter presenters said: (About being disappointed) "No we're not because Jo really was in the spirit of Comic Relief, we've had the most fantastic time, we really have!鈥 (Anthea Turner)

"I know that Jo doesn't want to go through so can we go through?" (Mark Curry)

Jo Brand said: "I'm not happy at all, is that good enough for you? I've booked a weekend at a health farm!"

Viewers' favourite Paddy McGuinness & Keith Lemon then closed the show with one more rendition of Dirty Dancing's (I've Had) The Time Of My Life.

Tonight's show was the second of three heats and saw performances from Peter Jones, Duncan Bannatyne and Deborah Meaden from Dragons' Den; Hollyoaks actors Loui Batley (Sarah), Nathalie Emmanuel (Sasha), Dominique Jackson (Lauren), Ricky Whittle (Calvin), Garnon Davies (Elliot), Blue Peter presenters Tim Vincent, Anthea Turner, Mark Curry, Diane-Louise Jordan, Peter Duncan, Janet Ellis and Helen Skelton, and Neil Fox & Nancy Sorrell.
