Colin Jackson – currently in Beijing as one of the expert voices of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Olympics coverage – is back on µþµþ°äÌý¸é²¹»å¾±´ÇÌý°Â²¹±ô±ð²õ this Saturday in the first of a new series of Raise Your Game.

The magazine show hosted by Colin Jackson and Matthew Jones is returning for its third series and follows the themes of the highly successful Raise Your Game website – bbc.co.uk/raiseyourgame – inspiration, motivation, preparation, concentration, dedication, participation.

Colin Jackson opens his little black book to bring together elite sporting stars from Wales and the rest of the world.

Ìý

They tell Colin their secrets for success and also share the personal stories behind their achievements.

Ìý

Basketball superstar Luol Deng, from the Chicago Bulls, points out that, from his beginnings in the war in Sudan, he has risen to be one of the world's most highly paid players, recently signing a contract for $71million.

Ìý

He tells Colin what keeps his feet on the ground. "I think sometimes you get caught up in your own little world. There is always someone out there that's having it tougher. I know how blessed I am and I always keep that in mind."

Formula 1's Jenson Button reveals that family means a lot to him in the midst of a very glamorous lifestyle.

He says: "I wouldn't say I'm lonely, but it's a very different life to what I thought I would have at 14 years old."

In addition, Davina McCall, Kate Silverton, Michel Roux and Camilla Dallerup all point out the positive effect sport has on their lives, no matter what their careers.
