成人快手 Business Correspondent
Peter Day has won a lifetime achievement award.
听
The Lifetime Achievement Award is one of the annual
Work Foundation Workworld Awards, sponsored by AMEC, which celebrate
excellence in journalism on the subjects of work, business, management
and economics.
听
Peter Day was presented with the award at the Work
Foundation in London by Sir Peter Mason, Chief Executive of AMEC plc.
听
Sir Peter said: "Peter's
voice is one of the most recognised voices on Radio 4 and World Service.
听
"Over the last 17 years he
has been examining the trends that are about to influence the working
world and has made them utterly accessible to listeners who might never
have believed such topics were of any interest to them.
听
"In short, his programmes fall into the 聭must
not miss聮 category. And it is down to his skill, acute intellect
and professionalism."
