The 成人快手 has
appointed Valerie Nazareth, currently a senior lawyer in the
成人快手's Programme Legal Advice department, as Head of Programme Legal
Advice.
听
She will succeed Glenn Del Medico, when he retires
in August.
听
Valerie Nazareth was born in Kenya in 1963. She was
educated at Island School in Hong Kong before coming to England to read
law at University College London.
听
She qualified as a solicitor in 1987 with Goodman Derrick,
where she worked in the litigation department for a further three years.
听
In 1990 she joined the 成人快手 Solicitor's Department, dealing
with litigation and programme clearance.
听
She has worked in Programme Legal Advice Department
since its inception in 1991, although during this time she has spent
periods on attachment in the Litigation Department and in Editorial
Policy.
听
Announcing the appointment, Nicholas Eldred, 成人快手 General
Counsel, said: "Valerie has substantial experience in this area
and also in the wider work of programme-making within the 成人快手.
听
"She is rightly highly regarded by programme-makers
and journalists across the 成人快手 and I believe she will make a substantial
contribution in this new role.
听
"She takes over a strong and much respected department,
built up since its inception by the outstanding work of Glenn Del Medico."

Valerie Nazareth said: "I am delighted to be invited
