First deal for
成人快手 Sponsorship Unit - An FA Cup classic concert spectacular
There
will be an "FA Cup Classic" in Cardiff in May - 24 hours
before a ball is kicked in The FA Cup Final!
The
FA Cup Classic concert, sponsored by AXA, is a one-off musical spectacular
taking place at 7.30pm on Friday 3 May, the eve of The FA Cup Final,
at Cardiff Arms Park (CRFC) in the shadow of the Millennium Stadium
where the Final will be played.
The
concert, which celebrates the spirit of the game and marks the return
of The FA Cup Final to the 成人快手, features a host of stars from the
musical world including Lesley Garrett, Russell Watson, Faye Tozer
(of former pop group Steps) and Bond. The concert will be broadcast
later in the evening on 成人快手 ONE.
David
Goldesgeyme, Head of Sponsorship, 成人快手 Commercial Agency, said: "We
are delighted that AXA have agreed to sponsor this spectacular event.
"This
is the first event sponsorship deal the unit has completed since
it was formed in December.
"By
staging large scale events in association with sponsors such as
AXA we can invest the licence fee in programmes, not events, which
will benefit all our audiences."

In
addition to a targeted direct mail campaign, the event marketing
will include a major outdoor campaign and a raft of adverts in national
and regional print and broadcast media, aimed at people within an
easy 45 minute journey to the venue.
The
creative for the campaign will express the celebratory nature and
superlative quality of the event. A dedicated press and PR campaign
will be devised and directed by the 成人快手.

sponsored. But no programme on a public service channel and no individual
programme on a UK commercial channel may be sponsored or deemed
to be sponsored. Any on air credits must clearly state that it is
the event that has been sponsored - not the programme.
