Charlotte Hogg to join the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Worldwide Board

³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Worldwide, the commercial arm of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ, has appointed Charlotte Hogg as a Non-executive Director.

Charlotte is the UK and Ireland Managing Director at Experian, the global information services company. She was previously an SVP of Discover Financial Services (formerly Morgan Stanley), where she ran the company's UK credit card business, Goldfish from 2004-2008. Charlotte brings extensive financial and international growth management experience with her to ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Worldwide.

Robert Webb, Chairman, ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Worldwide said: "Charlotte's financial, e-commerce and international business experience will be a major benefit to our business. Her expertise in particular in the US market will be of particular relevance as we look to more international growth there. We welcome her to the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Worldwide board."

Charlotte Hogg said: "I see this as a fantastic opportunity to join a global media organisation with impressive brand credentials. Prior to joining Discover Financial Services, Hogg worked for Morgan Stanley in New York as Managing Director, Strategy Planning, where she led the development of corporate strategy for the company's senior management. Prior to this she was based in Washington where she worked with McKinsey & Company leading and supporting projects across North America, Europe and Asia.

Hogg graduated in history and economics from Oxford University and was a Kennedy scholar at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is a member of the finance committee of Oxford University Press, a Trustee of the charity First Story and Governor of Nottingham Trent University.
