Weather has been causing chaos across parts of the UK, with heavy flooding and public transport routes disrupted.

The Met Office had put weather warnings in place in Wales and parts of England on Saturday.

It reported that more than 100mm (4 inches) of rain fell in 24 hours across parts of Wales, with some people in Monmouthshire needing to be evacuated from their homes.

It's not just rain that has been causing problems though.

At the summit of Snowdon, snow was causing issues with the mountain railway facing disruption too.

People who are due to take trains or drive anywhere are being warned to check conditions to make sure that their travel plans aren't disrupted.
