Toronto police suspect pranksters dangled car off bridge

Canadian police say they believe pranksters are behind a car found suspended from a Toronto overpass.
The blue sedan, empty and in disrepair, was spotted hanging from the Millwood Bridge early on Wednesday morning.
Toronto police originally believed it was part of a movie shoot but later confirmed no filming permits had been issued.
Fire services were able to safely cut the car down by midmorning.
Police have launched a "public mischief" investigation into how the Honda Civic came to be hanging by cables from the overpass.
