David Byrne murder: Man in court over Dublin boxing weigh-in attack
A man has appeared in court in Dublin charged with murdering a man at a boxing weigh-in event.
David Byrne, 33, was shot dead at Dublin's Regency Hotel in February.
The attack was part of a feud between two criminal gangs which has resulted in six deaths.
The man charged with the murder is 24-year-old Patrick Hutch. He is the brother of the first victim of the feud, Gary Hutch, who was shot dead in Spain last year.
The accused was remanded in custody when he appeared before a special sitting of Dublin District Court on Wednesday evening.
Two other men were injured in the attack at the Regency Hotel.
Police believe at least six people were involved in the attack.
