Road gritting services are being cut in mid Wales to save 拢80,000.

Ceredigion council's highways department will reduce the number of roads gritted by 25 miles (40km) and cut the number of gritters.

Using equipment such as snowblowers will also be abandoned.

Roads affected will include the B4570 between Manarafon to Cwm Cou, the B4338C from Cwrtnewydd to Talgarreg, the B4342B from Felinfach to Hendrelas and the C1331 Church Road.
