A dog which attacked a four-year-old girl has been put down.

Rayven, four, was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening or life-changing injuries following the attack at Cae Grug, Carmarthen, at 18:15 GMT on 19 February.

Her mum said she was playing in the street when the dog "pounced" on her.

Ms Sebastian said Rayven's injuries were "quite bad" and she required surgery.

Ms Sebastian described the attack as a "freak accident", and said her "heart breaks for the dog's owner".
