Wales weather: Flood risk as Met Office issues rain warning

A Met Office weather warning has been issued across south and west Wales

Heavy rain could cause flooding and disruption in parts of Wales, the Met Office has warned.

A yellow weather warning was issued at 18:00 BST on Tuesday until 10:00 on Wednesday.

The forecaster said some homes and businesses could flood, buses and trains could be disrupted and there could be spray and flooding on roads.

A number of counties in south and west Wales are included in the weather warning.

The counties affected include Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Newport, Pembrokeshire, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Swansea and Vale of Glamorgan.
