Aberystwyth: Child hit by car outside Penglais School
A child has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car.
The incident happened in Rhoshendre, near Penglais School, Aberystwyth, Ceredigion, on Monday at about 15:20 GMT.
Two ambulances were at the scene and the pupil was flown to hospital for further treatment.
Ceredigion council said it was being updated on the condition of the pupil and is supporting those affected.
Dyfed-Powys Police has launched an investigation.
