Drivers are being warned to take care after a flurry of snow fell onto a major road in north Wales.

North Wales Police tweeted to say snow was affecting the A470 between Blaenau Ffestiniog and Pen y Pass, both in Gwynedd on Friday morning.

This could lead to longer journey times by road and bus services in affected areas.
