Man charged with Aberdeen rooftop garden sex attack

A man has been charged over an alleged sexual assault in a rooftop garden in Aberdeen city centre.
Police had cordoned off part of upper level at the St Nicholas Centre on Sunday.
Police Scotland said: "Following inquiries into an incident at the rooftop garden of St Nicholas Centre a 38-year-old man has been charged in connection with sexual assault.
"He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date."
