Man faces murder charge over pensioner's death in Moray
A man has appeared in court charged with murder after the death of an 84-year-old woman in Moray.
Police had been called to Oyster Catcher Close, Forres, on Sunday 28 August.
The pensioner was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness, but died on Saturday.
Scott McCulloch, 25, appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court charged with murder. He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
