Plans for new 600-home Blackdog project lodged with Aberdeenshire Council

Plans for 600 homes as well as businesses north of Aberdeen have been unveiled.

Ashfield Land and Kirkwood 成人快手s have lodged the 拢150m application with Aberdeenshire Council for the site at Blackdog.

The plans - also including shops, a hotel, cinema and primary school - will now go to public consultation.

It is estimated the project could create 1,200 jobs during construction and 1,500 full-time jobs longer term.

The site is near the new Aberdeen bypass.
