Man dies after crews battle house fire in Glasgow

Police have cordoned off an area of the street while investigations take place
A man has died following a house fire in the east end of Glasgow.
Firefighters were sent to tackle the blaze at the property on Ardgay Street in Shettleston at about 17:30 on Saturday.
Police Scotland confirmed a 59-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene - the force said his next of kin had been informed.
A joint investigation is taking place between police and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.
