Nottingham boardwalk closed for repairs
- Published
The boardwalk along the River Leen Greenway in Nottingham is due to close for six weeks so repairs can be made.
The city council said the path would be closed from 20 November.
Work taking place include handrail repairs, removing tree stumps and roots obstructing the current footpath and re-surfacing.
It was hoped this would enabling the path, which is part of a National Cycle Route, to be upgraded further in future.
