Fourteen men arrested in child abuse probe
Fourteen men have been arrested as part of an investigation into child abuse.
Nottinghamshire Police said an operation to stop live-streaming of abuse, viewing indecent images, grooming and other internet-based abuse led to the arrests.
A force spokesman said "appropriate safeguarding measures" have been put in place to protect 19 children linked those arrested.
The men have been interviewed and bailed or released under investigation.
More than 500 items - including hard drives, media devices and cannabis - were seized in the investigation, which also involved the National Crime Agency and the National Police Chiefs' Council.
Det Ch Insp Pete Quinn, from Nottinghamshire Police, said arrests carried out by the force in similar operations have already led to prosecutions for abuse affecting victims from "all over the world".
