Jennifer Townsend: Appeal over woman, 63, missing for six weeks
Detectives are searching for a woman who went missing from south-east London more than six weeks ago.
Jennifer Townsend, 63, was last seen by a family member in Lewisham on 4 December, the Metropolitan Police said.
A spokesperson for the force said officers were "keen to locate her" over concerns for her welfare.
The last known sighting of Ms Townsend was seen on CCTV footage on Saturday, when officers identified her walking along Oxford Street, central London.
Ms Townsend has no known contacts in the area but police believe she remains in and around this location.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police by calling 101.
