Strong gusts rip roof from Tulse Hill flats

The roof of a block of flats has been ripped off during windy weather.
London Fire Brigade was called at 09:51 GMT to Longford Walk in Tulse Hill after the aluminium roof of the three-storey building was left in a precarious position.
There were no reports of any injuries at the south London flat block.
Lambeth Council says it is supporting residents with temporary accommodation while the building is assessed and repairs are carried out.
