Leicester: Attempted murder arrest after city shooting

The man in the car sustained a minor injury in the shooting in Mulberry Avenue
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a shooting in Leicester.
Officers were told a firearm was discharged into a stationary car in Mulberry Avenue just before 23:00 GMT on Saturday.
The man in the car, who is in his 30s, sustained a minor injury.
Leicestershire Police confirmed a 48-year-old man had been arrested on Sunday. He remains in custody for questioning.
A cordon is in place at Mulberry Avenue, police have said, and officers are still in the area "speaking to residents and offering reassurance".
